With noted exception, banquet, meals, and other social / evening events are included in all registration levels.

* Co-author: eligible names, as submitted by a presenter at the time of abstract submission (co-authors cannot be added later)

***  Rate applies for all students (including presenters). Student status will be marked on name tag and indicated with different color

**** Accompanying Guest ticket provides access exclusively to the Welcome Reception, Bratwurst Party, Banquet (includes bus transfer), and Farewell Party (see https://www.fs-spring-2026.org/social-events).

Cancellations are only accepted for well-founded circumstances. Refunds will not be made after May 15, 2026.
